Deposits:
All reservations must be secured with a credit card number or a deposit. For reservations over 7 days and/or for 2 or more suites we require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. Guests traveling with children will be asked to provide a refundable deposit for damages and extra cleaning.
Refunds & Cancellation Policy:
- Notice of cancellation must be received at least 48 hours in advance to ensure credit cards are not charged.
- For 2 or more rooms notice of cancellation must be received 2 weeks in advance for return of deposit.
- You will be billed 50% of the total booking amount if a cancellation is received 24 hours in advance of your booked arrival date.
- You will be billed 100% of the total booking amount if a cancellation is not received.
